Realistic Model Development.

Realistic Sfaff including the members in the Management and the Founder Mr Solomon Madikane braved the weekend of the 10th May 2024 and committed the entire weekend in building the Model for Realistic. 

After 20 years of successfully building this organisation from the ground; Executive Director Mr Solomon Madikane felt it is now the appropriate time to develop a Model so that the organisation can be replicated all over South Africa and the entire continent. 

It was a great opportunity to revisit the organisations values and the reason of its existence, Tough it also provided the staff and management to appreciate the human capital that the Organization has but not only that but also the impact the organisation had in this last 20 years.  

It was a great robust debate, discords and execution strategies that were discuss and how further we can take Realistic to the other level. 

What the Management has realised is that Realistic is blessed to have the committed staff to serve people.
