Gleemore Baptist Church Volunteers

It takes a Village to Raise a Child in the words of Nelson Mandela. What a great privilege to witness the Church Community of Gleemore Baptist Church in Athlone with the Group of their International Congregation from the USA took 4 days of their time and services and served Realistic Child and Youth Care centre in the best way they know how. 

They have revamped the vegetable garden and left it in a state that will continue to benefit for the Children and Youth of RCYCC, not only did they focus on the garden some church members focused on the cleaning of the farm house including the activities for the children while other members are educating the children and staff in the importance of creating compost so that we can look after the soil.
